Jen Pagett

Jen is the most recent appointee to the TIME Committee and is excited to contribute to the broader TIME Community.

During Jen’s early career days at Flight Centre, she stumbled across the unique brochure full of opulent and remarkable river cruise ships – and knew instantly that Uniworld Boutique River Cruises was where she belonged!

It didn’t take long for Jen to find her way in to the Uniworld Reservations Team and over the next five or so years Jen worked her way up via Direct Sales Agent, to NSW/ACT BDM and winning the Uniworld Rising Star Award; to then, like many of us, shifting during the pandemic to an all hands on deck role – working on marketing initiatives, direct sales, new product and a new brochure launch!

In 2022, a new opportunity presented itself, and Jen moved into the role of Account Manager Member Relations at Virtuoso.

Jen was part of the Australian Virtuoso delegation to attend the prestigious Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas in 2022 – a welcome return post-covid, coordinating, supporting and hosting Australian members and partners across the tracks and events. During this period Jen also completed her TIME mentorship with industry legend, Maxine Wiggs.

In January 2023 Jen accepted the opportunity to return to her beloved Uniworld Boutique River Cruises in the newly created role of National Key Accounts.

Prior to this Richard’s travel career began in the IT department at Galileo (now Travelport) in the UK before moving to Australia in 2004 and rejoining the company, serving more than 10 years in account management and business development roles.

In 2018 Richard was a Co-Founder of The Travel Industry Hub, a coworking, meeting and event space in Sydney that was dedicated to serving the industry. Its closure due to Covid led to the creation of the Travel Community Hub.
