Penny SpencerPenny founded TIME in 2009 after reading one of Richard Branson’s books, where he speaks intensely about the benefits of mentoring within business. Penny has been mentored throughout her career as well as having mentored not only her own staff but other mentees over the last 5 years. Penny believes the Travel Industry has so much wisdom and expertise that needs to be passed back into the industry and this is one of the main reasons she founded TIME.

Sue Graham - TIME Director

Sue GrahamSue is General Manager - Supplier Partnership at CT Partners.

She has extensive experience at a senior level in the Travel Industry covering retail, corporate, procurement, online and various distribution systems and has developed strong business relationships with airlines, hotels, wholesalers, tour operators and agencies.

Oliver Tams - TIME Director

From Retail Travel through Corporate Travel to Online, Oliver has an encompassing history over the last 30+ years in the Travel Industry. He was a start up member of UTAG Travel, which grew into Travelscene American Express. He owned and operated 4 travel offices, becoming the largest independent travel agency in southern NSW. Oliver helped establish STA from AUS (Australian Union Of Students) at his Wollongong University office, which became the largest privately owned STA office in Australia.

Martin Cowley - TIME Director

Martin CowleyMartin Cowley has 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the airline, travel and technology sectors in Australia and overseas. He is currently a Company Director and Advisor to the Owners and Boards of companies in Europe and Australia. Martin believes that great mentors give an insight into what is achievable and inspire the creation of a credible pathway to achieving it.

Marie Allom - Program Manager

Marie AllomDuring her 30 Years with The Australian Federation of Travel Agents Limited (AFTA), Marie held a number of positions from Part Time Accounts Administration to Office Manager to General Manager of the Federation for some 12 Years. After retiring in 2004 she was asked to return to run the National Travel Industry Awards which she did for a further three years.
