Judith O'NeillJudith O’Neill was a founding Director of Travel Industry Mentor Experience.

She is Managing Director of Judith O’Neill & Associates Pty Limited and Aspirations Consulting and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is an Accredited Business and Executive Coach and a former committee member of the International Coaching Federation of Australia.

In a career spanning over 30 years in the travel industry, Judith has held many honorary and voluntary positions including being a board member of the Travel Agents Licensing Board and TCF in Western Australia; board member of Certificate in Travel and Tourism at TAFE Western Australia and Treasurer, Secretary and President of AFTA Western Australia.

Her career has included Manager of Wesfarmers Travel Western Australia; State Manager Traveland Western Australia; National Sales Manager Thomas Cook Travel Management; General Manager Internet Travel Group.

Judith has extensive experience in change management and proven success in strategic planning and bringing companies into profitable positions. Leveraging administration and accounting disciplines with studies in finance and business management, together with an ability to communicate within all levels of a company has enabled Judith to optimise individual and organisational performance.
