TIME – A small not-for-profit company with big goals

Mentee speakerA mentoring program for the travel and tourism industry, had been thought about by some within the industry. Following extensive research and analysis of the needs of the industry in particular the retention of good professional staff, TIME came into being in early 2009 as a not for profit company.

Established by like minded people from the Industry, who volunteered to form a Board of Directors to drive and direct the organisation’s mentoring program.

At TIME are very conscious of the personal nature of the process we are encouraging and the need for unguarded and trusted exchanges to take place between Mentor and Mentee. We commit an inordinate amount of time to researching both parties and ensuring the best fit for the mentee's stated needs and objectives. We also workshop with the Mentees and Mentors the process they have been through and evaluate where we can improve or develop the program to ensure quality outcomes.
